“Thanks to Ms. Donna and the Triple P Positive Parenting Program I feel a lot more confident in being a parent after gaining a better understanding about how children should be approached and setting rules that are more realistic. They say it takes a village to raise a child but I say it takes an open mind, Ms. Donna and Triple P Positive Parenting Program classes!”
~ Shanika F., 2009
“I believe this class should be mandatory for all parents. These classes are very helpful with learning coping skills, behavior strategies, and just raising a child to be effective and independent in life!”

~ Marvin S., 2012
"I got a lot out of this class. To be honest, I thought the class would not help me. You gave me a big eye opener on how to protect, love, honor and treat my kids. I don't know how much I can thank you for helping me and my family. I would recommend everyone to come and enjoy your warm heart and parenting class. Your class was perfect.”
~ Jasmine H., 2013
“I do want to say that I was not a believer, I didn’t think that a parenting class could give me advice or teach me how to parent my child. But I was wrong. I have learned so much and my child as well, we have a better relationship and I learned to be a better parent to my child. Parenting classes do work!”
~ Monica Q., 2014
“Very good classes, I really learned a lot. Donna Xenakis is an excellent instructor. I would recommend this class to any parent in any situation.”
~ Denise C., 2015

~ Joseph C., 2016
“I will admit that when I first started this class I was not too happy about it. Through this class, I’ve learned to slow down and build better relationships with my children. I’ve learned to compromise as well as give praise and constructive criticism when needed. Since taking this class, I’ve noticed so much improvement in myself, and the behavior of my children. We spend more time together and speak openly with one another now.”
~ Ashley G., 2017
“I thought Triple P was a great program, very helpful for early child development and just a great support tool to have when there is no one else to turn to. I have learned so much since I have been here. Time well spent and if I have any questions or hit a parenting bump in the road, I now have a place to turn to. I like the support, keep up the good work. I thought Donna was a big help in answering any questions I had and just keeping me positive and focused through this whole process with the different tools I was trying to learn and enforce in my household. She has such a great and welcoming spirit and I loved that, thank you Donna.”
~ Jamar S., 2018
“My first reaction about going to Triple P was, I’m a good parent. I don’t need someone to tell me how to raise my child. Meeting Donna and knowing in the back of my mind our family problems, I decided to see what kind of solution Triple P had to fix it. Using the Triple P strategies for behavior my wife and I had dealt with for a number of years was basically cleared up over night. My wife and I were floored, and I was sold on Triple P. We realized that we had to change our behavior, and we did! Donna Xenakis has been a wonderful teacher, very inspiring, and knowledgeable about Triple P. She has made the time I spent in Triple P very enjoyable. I have learned a lot about myself, my child, and how to manage our life. TWO thumbs up to Donna Xenakis and her valuable experience with and knowledge of Triple P Positive Parenting Program!”
~ MW, 2019
“I believe everyone, before your child is born, should take this class. I wish I would have taken it when I was pregnant, especially being a first time mom. Triple P is effective, very easy to relate to, and generally really helps notice what you should work on as a parent, or giving yourself kudos for doing something right. I’ve learned that the simplest thing like being more patient and consistent can truly make a huge difference in your child’s life. Donna is wonderful, easy going and very relatable. I wish she had more classes! A++!”
~ Blake K., 2020
“I have genuinely enjoyed Triple P, and have been able to take a lot of good information from this class. I think shedding light on childhood trauma is extremely vital for humanity as a whole, not just those with children. Our first relationship experience began with our parents or guardians during childhood, that relationship(s) shaped who we are, and how we would be interacting with the rest of the entire world. It's our job as adults to become aware of the potentially toxic behavior, and learn a healthier way of thinking, feeling, and interacting! Donna is an incredibly empathetic and understanding instructor. She is capable of bringing all sides of the situation at hand into perspective. She emphasizes mental health and overall well being of children, parents, and the entire family by using positive parenting techniques that are proven to work. The compassion that she exudes for humanity is quite apparent! Thank you Donna!”

Ms. Donna is a very kind and understanding person. I appreciate everything she’s taught and done for me throughout my tenure in the program. She’s definitely someone I will like to keep in touch with throughout my parenting.”
~ Tevin R., 2022
“I think Triple P is a great program for first time parents as well as parents who have more than one child. Being a parent is a hard job even when doing so correctly, I love the support and information I received from this program. Donna Xenakis is an amazing instructor. She explained everything in detail and with examples so everyone understood what was being taught and made sure we received it correctly by asking follow up questions. I would recommend her and this program to new parents or struggling parents any day!”
